Beachtime Realty was formed in 2007 to help a select few clients optimize their home or investment property purchase and sale decisions. In late 2009, we made the decision to become a full service real estate company based in the South Bay area of Los Angeles, CA.
Our blog was created to accomplish several things: 1) provide historical perspective for every sub-area of the South Bay through the presentation of various sales data; 2) offer insights from industry experts in the form of question and answer sessions; 3) highlight the more exceptional properties on the market; and 4) share the thinking of locals for a number of the sub-areas. The blog is not being used as a sales tool. We simply want to get our readers timely and useful information in a clear and easily accessed manner.
